My name is Richard Beaty. I’m a SaddleBrooke resident and the owner of the SaddleBrookeOnline.com website. In my pre-retirement life, I was an Internet Marketer … that is, I “sold stuff” online. I guess I just can’t get it out of my blood. So, I created this Website to help SaddleBrooke residents buy and sell items online. From selling your house to getting rid of those old golf clubs that are cluttering up your garage, you can do it all right here.

Membership Has Its Priveleges
To submit an ad to SaddleBrookeOnline.com, you must first register as a SaddleBrooke Online member. After you are a registered member, you can post as many ads and announcements as you wish. When you register you will select a username and password, that will allow you to log back into your membership account at any time to create new ads or edit existing ads.
Member Categories
There are two categories of membership on SaddleBrooke Online:
- SaddleBrooke Resident Members can join free of charge and post as many listings as they wish. To qualify as a Resident Member, you must live in SaddleBrooke and the listings you post must be of a private, non-commercial nature.
- Supporting Sponsor Members pay a nominal fee to be a member. You may then post as many listings as you wish for as long as you remain a member. Supporting Sponsor memberships are renewable every 90 days. You can cancel your membership at any time.
Approval of Ads
Listings posted by SaddleBrooke Resident Members do not appear right away. They must first be approved by our staff. The purpose of this approval process is to make sure that the posted listing qualifies for a free Resident listing. Approval usually occurs within one business day, frequently within a few hours after you post your listing.
Listings posted by Supporting Sponsor Members are published immediately. Your postings will still be reviewed however, to make sure they are appropriate for the SaddleBrooke audience. Listings that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate will be deleted from this Website.
